Our concierge team typically turns around curated proposals within 24 hours. Once you approve the direction, production and artisan sourcing take 5-10 business days depending on customisation and shipping requirements.

Can I personalise items inside the box?

Absolutely. We partner with regional artisans for engraved keepsakes, monogrammed textiles, and locally crafted treats. Share your brief or brand guidelines and we will suggest personalisation options along with lead times.

Do you offer corporate gifting solutions?

Yes. From seasonal gifting to event welcome kits, we handle design, sourcing, messaging, and delivery. We also manage tiered pricing and logistics for nationwide or international dispatches.

What happens if I need a rush order?

Do you ship internationally?

We primarily ship within India but support international deliveries for select destinations. Customs duties and extended transit times may apply. Our concierge will advise on the best options based on your recipient's country.
