1. Acceptance of terms
Your use of the GiftBoho website, concierge services, or custom gifting solutions constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use indicates acceptance of the revised version.
2. Services overview
GiftBoho curates bespoke gifting experiences, including product sourcing, design consultation, packaging, personalization, and delivery. Certain offerings may include collaborations with partner artisans, vendors, or third-party logistics providers.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for orders, personalisation, and delivery.
- Confirm proofs, mood boards, or production approvals within the agreed timelines.
- Secure permissions for any intellectual property (logos, artwork, brand assets) shared for customisation.
- Ensure recipients can receive gifts legally in their jurisdiction (e.g., age-related regulations).
4. Orders, pricing, and payments
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified. A deposit may be required to initiate production, with the balance due prior to dispatch. Prices are quoted in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless noted.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or approved corporate invoicing. Orders are confirmed only after payment acknowledgement. Late payments may affect production timelines.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Because each experience is custom crafted, cancellations or major design changes after approval may incur costs for materials, artisan bookings, or labour already completed. We will communicate any non-refundable elements in advance.
If an order must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you on alternatives or partial refunds where feasible.
6. Delivery and risk
We coordinate trusted logistics partners to deliver your gifts. Risk transfers to you once items are handed over to the courier. We assist with tracking and exception resolution but are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or inaccurate delivery details provided to us.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the GiftBoho website-including copy, imagery, and brand assets-is owned by GiftBoho or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, replicate, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
Assets you provide remain your property. By sharing them with us, you grant a limited licence for production and fulfilment purposes.
8. Limitation of liability
GiftBoho is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where prohibited by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
